Mobile Visit Charge
For every mobile visit there is a minimum charge of $150.00, that must be prepaid.
If hearing aids are purchased, then the first mobile Audiologist visit charge will be applied to your hearing aid purchase. In addition when hearing aids are purchased during a mobile visit, there will be 2 additional mobile visits for free. Fort Worth or Corpus Christi areas.
Hearing Aid Repairs for New Patients to Our Office
We repair hearing aids that were purchased with a different provider.
If the device is beyond repair and you decide to purchase new hearing aids through us, we will waive the repair fee. In San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Dallas, or Forth Worth areas
